Scope of Services At VSG, we provide a diverse range of services aimed at nurturing your mind, body, and soul, including:

Psychological consultations and therapies
Reiki healing and Master training
Distance energy healing
Spiritual therapies – different modalities
Hypnotherapy and NLP therapy
Life Coaching
Astrology (Tarot Reading, Nadi Astrology etc.), Signature Analysis and Vaastu consultations
Transformational workshops and personalized self-discovery sessions

These services are available both online and in-person, unless otherwise stated. Our mission is to guide you toward harmony, balance, and self-realization.

Payment and No Refund Policy

Clients are expected to book sessions or workshops in advance, with specific timeframes provided during the booking process.
Fees for workshops, group events, training, and individual or group sessions are non-refundable.

In the rare event of cancellation of workshops, group events, training, and individual or group sessions, your booking will be transferred to the next scheduled event or an alternative session of your choice with mutual understanding and availability.
In the event of a rescheduling or cancellation by Vidyachi by Suruchii Gautam, clients will be notified in advance and offered alternative dates or services.

Payments must be made prior to the session or event unless otherwise agreed upon.
Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
All payments must be made through [Online- Banking, GPay].
Decisions regarding cancellations and adjustments are solely at the discretion of Vidyachi by Suruchii Gautam.

Confidentiality and Ethics Your privacy and trust are of utmost importance to us:

All personal details and information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
As part of our ethical commitment, we reserve the right to report any information that indicates harm to yourself or others, as required by law.
Case papers / Notes will be only made on special request of the clients/guardians/relatives.

Jurisdiction for Disputes In the event of any disagreements or disputes, they will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. By availing of our services, you agree to this jurisdiction clause.
